One of the main sights of Arcadia is the magnificent Arcadia Palace, towering over the entire resort area, located on the picturesque Gagarinsky Plateau. It’s a new modern building with a secured territory and underground parking. The apartment is located on the 10th floor / 12-storey building. It’s truly a special place with great views, picturesque landscapes and fresh sea air, the builidng itself situated barely 50 metres away from the sea.
This is an excellent, modern, very bright and comfortable apartment with a stunning all-round view of the sea coast. It was exclusively designed and renovated by us, features a unique interior with a high quality of execution. The apartment has studio planning, there are: a separate bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious living room conjuncted with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stylish white facades and a bar table, an unfoldable sofa that turns into an extra bed, two bathrooms – one with a jacuzzi and the other with a shower. This apartment’s interior is expensive, with accessories, furniture, LCD TVs carefully picked for each single room. It’s also fully equipped with some of the best home appliances from well-known companies and firms. The living room has an entrance to a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
